How we work with clients

The MIX process consists of two elements; the MIX survey and report and innovation consulting services negotiated to suit each client and project as defined by Service Level Agreements (SLA).

With the MIX survey:

  • You decide the scope of the MIX assessment, whether it be a department, a business unit or your whole organization.
  • We set up a MIX survey branded to your organisation and create the communication to maximise engagement and participation
  • Participants complete the survey questionnaire on-line over 21 days.
  • We collect, collate and analyse the data and produce an interim summary report.
  • The completed Management Innovation Assessment Report with measurements, benchmarks and recommendations is presented in soft and hard copies in around 14 days from the closure of the survey.
  • Then we work with you to implement the recommendations as needed.

How we work with consultants

  • The Management Innovation Index Assessment offers a valuable tool to complement your client consulting program through insight and in-depth analysis surrounding creativity and innovation.
  • With the MIX Assessment Report, we can work directly with you to assist your client, under your instruction.
